We aim to deliver your CritterCradle™ within 3–4 business days in the U.S. Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, with transit times of 3–4 days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For Southern California customers, delivery may be faster. Track your order via the link in your confirmation email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to expand—stay tuned!

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you or your pet aren’t completely satisfied with the CritterCradle™, contact us at support@crittercradle.com to initiate a return. The bed must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refunded.

What if the bed doesn’t fit my pet?

If you choose the wrong size, contact us at support@crittercradle.com within 30 days to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. We’ll guide you to select the perfect size for your pet.
